There was a lot of talk about this photo shortly after it was taken. It’s a photo of 5 of the nine Justices during the President’s 2015 State of the Union Address.  But what is the new buzz about this photo?

During a discussion with NPR on Thursday, Justice Ginsburg admitted she wasn’t “100% sober” during the SOTU.  She went on to say that Justice Kennedy brought a great California wine to the pre-SOTU dinner, adding that “dinner was so delicious it needed a little wine”.

So there you have it, there will be wine before its time – for the SOTU.
