<div class='mailmunch-forms-before-post' style='display: none !important;'></div><p>Opponents to what is usually referred to as the Trump’s travel ban were dealt a critical blow by the Supreme Court. On October 10th, the case removed from the Court&#8217;s docket. Later that day the Court issued an order that dismissed challenges to the Travel Ban, including those issued by lower courts. The Supreme Court used past rulings supporting the use of Executive power as a precedent.</p>

<p>The reason for the Travel ban on the six nations was in no way connected to a religion as many Islamic countries are not included on this list. The ban was a security precaution &#8220;suspending the entry of those whose countries do not meet adjudication standards under US immigration Law for 90 days and included exceptions on a case-by-case basis. Homeland Security lists these countries as Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen.&#8221;</p><div class='mailmunch-forms-in-post-middle' style='display: none !important;'></div>
