<p>There was a lot of talk about this photo shortly after it was taken. It’s a photo of 5 of the nine Justices during the President’s 2015 State of the Union Address. But what is the new buzz about this photo?</p>

She went on to say that Justice Kennedy brought a great California wine to the pre-SOTU dinner, adding that “dinner was so delicious it needed a little wine”.</p><script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script>
